The adjustable sheet frame system operates between sheet dimensions of 1200 x 200 mm and 1200 x 2000 mm, enabling quick adaptation to different production needs. This structure reduces material scrap rate and increases production efficiency.
The Quartz heating system used in the machine provides 16 heaters with 8 independent heating zones with active/passive control capability. Through analog zone control, homogeneous heat distribution on the material surface is achieved.
This structure provides balanced softening in different plastic materials, improving surface quality and minimizing forming errors.
