PRO-1700x3000 Thermoform Machine is a powerful solution developed for industrial thermoforming production with its wide forming area, high vacuum power and flexible control options.
Thanks to its adjustable vacuum chrome sheet table with 1700 x 3000 mm dimensions, it offers high precision in large-sized and deep-drawn products.
The adjustable sheet frame enables quick adaptation to different material sizes and minimizes scrap losses. This structure creates an important cost advantage for businesses engaged in series production.
The machine features 96 resistances in total (48 upper + 48 lower). Thanks to the independent active/passive control system found in the upper resistances, it provides precise heat management customized for each product. Analog zone control can only be applied to the upper resistances.
The PRO-1700x3000 offers three different operating modes: Laser Sensor Mode, Time Mode, and Material Expansion Mode. Through laser sensor-supported expansion control, it provides high form repeatability.
